💡 The essentials
Prozis is a reliable, cheap brand, but not the most demanding one on quality. Its customers are very happy with it (4.6/5 from roughly 233,000 Trustpilot reviews), its prices are almost always marked down, and its whey concentrate delivers 21 to 23 g of protein per scoop.
- Worth buying: the 100% Real Whey Protein and the creatine monohydrate.
- Optional: BCAAs, multivitamins and the pre-workout.
- Avoid if you steer clear of sweeteners or you are after a premium whey isolate.
Prozis is everywhere: in influencer videos, in discount codes, in gym shakers. That sheer visibility raises a fair question: is the brand genuinely good, or just well marketed? Its catalogue runs from whey to snacks by way of creatine, vitamins and clothing, which makes sorting the wheat from the chaff difficult.
So we have done the sorting for you: the six Prozis products worth a look, what their labels actually say, and what is better left on the shelf. For picking a whey flavour, see our dedicated guide to the best Prozis whey flavours.
🔬 Our method
We did not test these products in a laboratory: our verdict rests on the official product sheets and on public sources. In October 2026 we recorded, from prozis.com, the composition, the doses, the warnings, the prices and the customer ratings of every product mentioned here. We compared that data with the benchmarks from EFSA (caffeine), from ANSES (food supplements) and with a scientific review on BCAAs, then looked at the brand’s Trustpilot page.
🏢 Prozis in brief: who is behind the brand?
Prozis is a Portuguese company founded in 2007 by Miguel Milhao, based in Maia, near Porto. It sells its own sports nutrition brand online in many countries, with a French language site, and leans very heavily on partnerships with athletes and content creators.
Its positioning is clear: a lot of product lines, a lot of flavours, and prices pushed down by permanent promotions. The 100% Real Whey Protein, for example, comes in 19 flavours, and nearly every product page we looked at showed a struck through price.
🛒 The best Prozis products
1. 100% Real Whey Protein: the flagship

This is a classic whey concentrate: 23.1 g of protein per 30 g scoop in the unflavoured version, 21 to 22.2 g in the flavoured ones, sweetened with acesulfame K and sucralose. It comes in 400 g, 907 g and 1,814 g tubs, at around €45 for the 907 g on promotion (struck through price €49.99, recorded in October 2026), so roughly €50 per kilo. Its page shows 4.62/5 from 76,571 reviews. To work out whether a concentrate suits you, read our guide on which whey protein to choose.
2. Creatine Monohydrate 300 g

The label fits in two words: creatine monohydrate, at 3 g per serving and 100 servings per tub. According to the ISSN position stand (2017), creatine improves performance on intense efforts and is well tolerated by healthy adults; the Prozis version is very highly rated (4.7/5 from more than 33,000 reviews), at a price of around €21 (recorded in October 2026). If you are wondering whether to add it to your shake, our article on whey and creatine answers the question.
3. Big Shot, the pre-workout (46 servings)

Big Shot contains 160 mg of caffeine per daily serving, along with beta alanine (1,600 mg), Creapure creatine (1,000 mg) and arginine. Prozis restricts it to adults and advises against it during pregnancy. To put that figure in context, EFSA considers that up to 200 mg in a single dose and 400 mg a day, coffee included, raise no concern for a healthy adult. It costs around €25 (recorded in October 2026) and shows 4.6/5 from almost 17,000 reviews. If you have a heart condition or are on medication, ask a doctor.
4. BCAA 4:1:1 (100 tablets)

Four tablets provide 1,337 mg of leucine, 334 mg of valine and 334 mg of isoleucine, at a price of around €7.50 (recorded in October 2026). Taken on their own, BCAAs are not enough to build muscle: you need all the essential amino acids to build new protein, as Wolfe’s review (2017) points out. If you already eat enough protein, whey included, this product will add very little.
5. Protein Snack (box of 12 bars)

Each 30 g bar provides 9.3 g of protein for 117 kcal, with 4.8 g of sugars: it is a handy snack, not a replacement for a shake. The box of 12 costs around €13 (recorded in October 2026) and it is one of the most reviewed products in the range (4.6/5 from more than 39,000 reviews).
6. Multi PRZ (200 capsules)

The Prozis multivitamin is taken two capsules a day and covers 100% or more of the reference intake for several minerals (iron, zinc, iodine, selenium, copper at 200%). According to ANSES, a varied and balanced diet covers most people’s needs: this product is only worth it if you have an identified deficiency. Prozis advises against it for smokers and for people with thyroid disorders; if you are pregnant or in any doubt, ask a doctor.
📊 The summary: what is genuinely worth it at Prozis
| Product | Real usefulness | Label | Customer rating | Price |
|---|---|---|---|---|
| Creatine Monohydrate | ★★★★★ | ★★★★★ | ★★★★★ | ★★★★☆ |
| 100% Real Whey Protein | ★★★★★ | ★★★☆☆ | ★★★★☆ | ★★★★☆ |
| Protein Snack | ★★★☆☆ | ★★☆☆☆ | ★★★★☆ | ★★★☆☆ |
| Big Shot | ★★☆☆☆ | ★★★☆☆ | ★★★★☆ | ★★★☆☆ |
| Multi PRZ | ★★☆☆☆ | ★★★☆☆ | ★★★★★ | ★★★☆☆ |
| BCAA 4:1:1 | ★☆☆☆☆ | ★★★☆☆ | ★★★★☆ | ★★★★☆ |

The creatine offers the best usefulness to price ratio in the catalogue: a single ingredient, a clear dose and excellent reviews. The whey follows, penalised only by its two sweeteners in the flavoured versions. The BCAAs bring up the rear, not because they are badly made, but because they do almost nothing if your protein intake is already adequate.
⚖️ Our verdict on Prozis
Prozis is a good choice if you want a decent whey, plenty of flavours and frequent promotions. Customers back that up: on Trustpilot, 84% of reviews give five stars. The labels are legible and complete, with the amino acid profile, the batch number and the use by date shown online.
The limits are just as clear. The catalogue is very wide and mixes the essential with the superfluous, so you need to know what you are looking for. The negative Trustpilot reviews are mostly about parcels that never arrived and a customer service team slow to refund. And the quality remains that of a mass market whey concentrate, not a native isolate.
Prozis is not for you if you avoid sweeteners (only the unflavoured whey is free of them), if you digest lactose badly, or if you are after the highest quality whey on the market: in that case, look at our ranking of the best whey proteins, where Nutripure comes top.
🚚 Delivery, customer service and promotions
Delivery is free from €29.99 of purchase (recorded in October 2026); below that, the cost depends on the products, the address and the delivery method. Order tracking and returns go through the Customer Service section of the site, which ships from Portugal across the EU.
To reach customer service, the simplest route is live chat or the contact form, available here (you need to be logged in to your Prozis account). On price, never pay the struck through price: discounts of 10 to 30% are the norm, and the whey plus creatine bundles were showing up to 30% off when we checked.
ℹ️ Good to know
Before you order, look into the product rather than the brand. At Prozis as anywhere else, the difference is made on the label: ingredient list, protein per scoop and price per kilo. Our guide to whey protein composition teaches you to read one in two minutes.
🔁 The alternatives to Prozis
- Nutripure: our favourite whey, French and a native isolate, dearer but better quality (see the best whey proteins).
- Nutrimuscle: a French brand specialising in native whey, with a shorter range.
- Myprotein: the closest British competitor, with even more flavours.
- Decathlon: handy if you want to buy in store.
- Optimum Nutrition and Fitnessboutique: compare them in our ranking of the best whey protein brands.
🏷️ Before you order: Prozis discount code: the current official coupons, with the price per kilo of protein compared with Nutripure.
❓ Frequently asked questions
Is Prozis a good brand?
Yes for everyday use: its core products are decent and very highly rated by customers. Its whey concentrate and its creatine do the job at a good price. It is not, however, the most premium brand, nor the most restrained on additives.
Where are Prozis products made?
Prozis is a Portuguese company, based in Maia. The product sheets we consulted do not state the place of manufacture of each supplement; if that point matters to you, ask customer service before you buy.
Which Prozis product should you take to lose weight?
No product makes you lose weight on its own: weight loss comes from a calorie deficit. A whey can help you hit your protein target when you are eating less. We explain how to use it in our guide to whey protein and weight loss.
Are Prozis products safe?
Taken at the stated doses by a healthy adult, its core products pose no known problem. The things to watch are mainly the caffeine in the pre-workout and the multivitamins. If you are pregnant, ill or on medication, ask your doctor before taking any supplement.
