💡 The essentials
The safest Prozis whey flavour to order is Cookies and Cream: it is the only 100% Real Whey Protein flavour that Prozis offers in all three of its small trial formats.
- Safe bet: Chocolate, the other flavour sold in 400 g.
- For cooking: Vanilla, the flavoured version with the most whey in it (97%).
- Sweetener-free: Neutral, the richest in protein (23.1 g per serving).
Nineteen flavours for a single whey: at Prozis, the real problem is not finding a good taste, it is not getting lost between Chocolate, Milk Chocolate, Belgian Chocolate, Dark Chocolate, White Chocolate and their caramel or hazelnut cousins. The Portuguese brand, which ships from within the EU, does not publish a score per flavour, which forces you to read between the lines of its product page.
That is exactly what we did: the small formats Prozis reserves for certain flavours, the label of each one and the reviews published on the product page give you a solid ranking without having to order ten pouches. If you are still unsure about the brand itself, start with our full Prozis review.
🔬 Our method
Nobody on our team has tasted all 19 of these flavours: this ranking rests on what Prozis publishes and on what its customers say. In October 2026 we noted, from the official 100% Real Whey Protein page, the list of flavours, the formats offered for each one, the nutrition declaration and ingredients of six flavours, the prices, plus the score and the review breakdown that Prozis displays. We rounded that out with the brand’s Trustpilot page and EFSA’s opinion on sweeteners.
🥛 The 19 flavours of Prozis 100% Real Whey Protein

100% Real Whey Protein is Prozis’s flagship whey concentrate. In October 2026, the page for the 907 g format offers 19 flavours, sold at around €45 on offer (€49.99 crossed out, checked in October 2026):
- Chocolate-based (10): Chocolate, Milk Chocolate, Belgian Chocolate, White Chocolate, Dark Chocolate, Chocolate-Caramel, Chocolate-Hazelnut, Chocolate Brownie, Stracciatella, Cookies and Cream
- Fruity (5): Banana, Strawberry, Strawberry-Banana, Mango, Mango-Peach
- Dessert-style and others (3): Vanilla, Speculoos, Coffee-Caramel
- No flavouring (1): Neutral
What used to be listed as “Cookies et crème” on the French store is now sold there as “Biscuits et Crème”, which is the same flavour as Cookies and Cream in English. On the reviews side, the page shows 4.62/5 across 76,571 reviews, with a dedicated taste sub-score of 4.8/5: customers are broadly happy with the taste, but the score is shared across every flavour, so it cannot separate them.
🏆 The best Prozis whey flavours, one by one
With no score per flavour to lean on, the best popularity signal is Prozis’s own choices: a brand only puts its sellers into trial pouches. And the 400 g format exists only in Cookies and Cream and Chocolate, the 20-serving format only in Vanilla, Belgian Chocolate and Cookies and Cream, and the 3 x 30 g pack in just eight flavours.
1. Cookies and Cream: the flavour Prozis puts everywhere
Cookies and Cream is the only flavour present in all three small formats (400 g, 20 servings and 3 x 30 g), which makes it the least risky bet for a first order. Its 30 g serving delivers 22.2 g of protein. It is also the busiest label: 95% whey, cocoa-coated soya crispies, low-fat cocoa, two thickeners and two sweeteners (acesulfame K and sucralose).
2. Chocolate: the classic, in 400 g
Chocolate is the other flavour chosen for the 400 g format, and it is the easiest to like if you want a shake with no surprises. It gives you 21.3 g of protein per serving, slightly less than Vanilla, because the low-fat cocoa takes up room in the powder (91% whey). If you want something more intense, Prozis also does Dark Chocolate, Milk Chocolate and Belgian Chocolate, the last of which comes in the 20-serving format.
3. Vanilla: the most versatile
Vanilla is the “purest” flavoured option in the range: 97% whey, one flavouring, two thickeners, two sweeteners and one colour (carotenoids), for 22.2 g of protein per serving. It comes in 20 servings and in 30 g sachets. Several recent reviews on the product page name it specifically for a taste judged neither too strong nor too sweet, and it is the one that works with the widest range of recipes: porridge, pancakes, yoghurt, fruit smoothies.
The Neutral case: zero sweetener, the most protein
Neutral is not a “flavour” as such, but it is the best option if you cook with your whey or avoid sweeteners: its ingredient list stops at whey protein concentrate and lecithin. With no flavouring or cocoa to dilute the powder, it climbs to 23.1 g of protein per 30 g serving, the best figure in the range. On its own, with water, it keeps the milky taste of whey: save it for your whey protein recipes.
⚠️ Watch out
Cookies and Cream contains soya as an ingredient (crispies made with soya protein isolate), not merely as traces. If you are allergic to soya, pick another flavour and read the label: the other flavours mention possible traces of soya, egg and gluten. If you have a diagnosed allergy, ask your doctor or your allergy specialist for advice.
📊 Prozis flavour ranking: the summary table
Our ranking crosses three verifiable criteria: the place Prozis gives the flavour in its small formats, the protein per 30 g serving and how simple the label is (fewer additives means a better score).
| Flavour | Protein / 30 g | Popularity signal | Label | Versatility |
|---|---|---|---|---|
| 1. Cookies and Cream | 22.2 g | ★★★★★ | ★★☆☆☆ | ★★★☆☆ |
| 2. Chocolate | 21.3 g | ★★★★☆ | ★★★☆☆ | ★★★★☆ |
| 3. Vanilla | 22.2 g | ★★★★☆ | ★★★★☆ | ★★★★★ |
| White Chocolate | 22.2 g | ★★★☆☆ | ★★★★☆ | ★★★☆☆ |
| Chocolate Brownie | 21 g | ★★★☆☆ | ★★★☆☆ | ★★★☆☆ |
| Neutral | 23.1 g | ★★★☆☆ | ★★★★★ | ★★★★★ |

The protein gap between flavours stays small: 2.1 g per serving between the Brownie (21 g) and Neutral (23.1 g). On one shake a day, that is not what should decide it: pick the taste you will actually enjoy drinking first, then fine-tune the amount with our guide to how much whey protein per day.
🎯 Our verdict: which Prozis flavour should you choose?
For a first order, we would take Cookies and Cream or Chocolate in 400 g: those are the two flavours Prozis backs in a small format, and the 400 g pouch costs around €22.50 on offer (€24.99 crossed out, checked in October 2026). If you mainly plan to cook with your whey, go for Vanilla or Neutral instead.
Prozis flavours are not for everyone. Every flavoured version whose label we read contains acesulfame K and sucralose: if you want to avoid sweeteners, Neutral is the only one that fits. EFSA considers sucralose safe at its authorised uses, but this is a matter of preference. And since this is a whey concentrate, it is not right for you if you digest lactose badly: an isolate will be more comfortable (see our comparison of whey isolate or whey protein).
Prozis does a good job on taste, but if protein quality is your first concern, we would steer you towards a native isolate instead: it is Nutripure’s Whey Isolate Native that takes first place in our ranking of the best whey proteins.
✅ How to find YOUR best flavour at Prozis
- Start from what you like to eat: out of 19 flavours, keep three or four at most. A dark chocolate fan? No point trying White Chocolate.
- Read the reviews searching for the flavour name: the overall score is shared, but plenty of customers name the flavour they bought in their review title.
- Test a small format before the 907 g bag: the 3 x 30 g pack exists in Cookies and Cream, Chocolate Brownie, Coffee-Caramel, Belgian Chocolate, White Chocolate, Chocolate-Hazelnut, Neutral and Vanilla.
- Play with the liquid: Prozis recommends 250 ml of water for a more intense taste and 350 to 400 ml for a milder one. With milk, the shake will be creamier, as explained in our guide to the whey protein shake.
⚖️ Does Prozis have the best whey flavours?
Prozis stands out for choice (19 flavours) more than for a recipe you cannot find anywhere else. Its taste score of 4.8/5 is flattering, but it is displayed on its own site. On Trustpilot, the brand gets 4.6/5 across roughly 233,000 reviews, a score that mostly reflects ordering and delivery rather than taste.

❓ Frequently asked questions
What do customers say about Prozis whey?
They are overwhelmingly positive: 4.62/5 across 76,571 reviews for the 907 g 100% Real Whey Protein. Of those reviews, 57,171 give it 5 stars and 249 give it a single star. Bear in mind that these are the reviews published on the brand’s own site.
Which Prozis whey flavour is the least sweet?
Neutral, the only one with no flavouring and no sweetener. Among the flavoured versions whose labels we read, sugars stay between 1.47 g and 1.59 g per serving, but all of them contain acesulfame K and sucralose, which is where the sweet taste comes from.
Can you try several Prozis flavours without buying a big pouch?
Yes, with the 3 x 30 g pack, offered in eight flavours. The 20-serving format (Vanilla, Belgian Chocolate, Cookies and Cream) and the 400 g (Cookies and Cream, Chocolate) also let you test without committing to 907 g.
What is the best whey protein brand?
For us, Nutripure, for the quality of its native whey isolate. Prozis remains a good choice if you want plenty of flavours and frequent promotions. The detail is in our ranking of the best whey protein brands.
